"Worked fine, just a little clunky"
I found the part I needed eventually, so the site did the job. I’m assuming the menus are set up that way to cover a lot of categories, but they felt a bit slow and awkward to click through.

"So Much for "Compatible""
I ordered this part because it was listed as compatible with my machine. Naturally, it didn’t fit at all. The holes didn’t line up, so I got the fun little bonus task of packing it back up and sending it back. Definitely not how I wanted to spend my time.

"wrong part and no replacement"
they sent me the wrong part, and when i reached out, they said a replacement wasn’t available. frustrating since i still didn’t get what i needed

"Return was simple, refund took a while"
I accidentally ordered the wrong part, so I had to send it back. The return steps were easy to follow, so that part wasn’t a big deal. The refund took longer than I thought it would, though, probably because the return had to be checked first. Customer service did get back to me, but I had to wait a bit for a reply

I’ll admit, I judged it pretty much the second I pulled it out of the box, and my first thought was that it felt like a decent-quality part. It fit my dryer exactly like it was supposed to and didn’t have that cheap, flimsy feel some replacement parts have. It’s been running for a few weeks now without any problems, so my snap judgment ended up being right. Happy with the purchase.

I ordered a replacement part from applianceparts.com and figured I’d be waiting around for a while, but it showed up really fast. As someone who likes to handle small home repairs myself instead of calling someone right away, that was a huge relief.
I placed the order late in the day, and I still got the shipping info not long after. A couple days later, the part was already at my door with no random delays or confusing updates.
It made fixing my dryer before the weekend way less stressful. I’d definitely order from them again, especially if I need a part quickly.

"Good deal... totally worth it!!"
I found the part I needed here for cheaper than a few other sites I checked... which was a nice surprise!! Shipping wasn’t ridiculous either, so the total actually made sense. The part fit just fine, it saved me from having to buy a whole new appliance!!! Happy with what I paid and what I got.

I had a question about which control board I needed for my dryer, so I sent them a message not expecting anything beyond a generic reply. To their credit, they got back to me quickly and actually asked for my model number instead of just taking a wild guess, which was a nice change.
Once I sent it over, they confirmed the right part and even told me a couple things to check before ordering. It was basic help, but apparently basic done right is rare enough to feel impressive. Saved me some time and probably kept me from ordering the wrong part, so I was happy with the service.
